Washability and waterproofing are different
A machine-washable textile can still allow a spill through to the liner. We do not list any unverified waterproof protection as a feature. Check every layer if liquid accidents are a particular concern.
Texture needs a real-world assessment
Sherpa, faux fur and corded textiles have different surfaces, but the name alone does not establish how easily hair brushes off. Look for direct experience with your pet’s coat type and the exact fabric.
