Our take
Choose Jaxx Cocoon 6 if a flatter round lounging surface is the main attraction. Consider SuperSac for a taller foam-sack format and interchangeable upholstery. The shape difference is more informative than a single winner label.
Our picks compare published specifications and named configurations. We have not physically tested these products. Prices were checked on October 1, 2026, before tax, with no coupon assumed. How we choose

Choose Jaxx Cocoon 6 if…
You want the flat Cocoon format and a lower-priced configuration.
Choose Lovesac SuperSac if…
You prefer a taller sack and the Lovesac compatible-cover ecosystem.
What changes the decision.
Low and tall are different briefs
Jaxx’s 20-inch flat-mode height is not the same measurement as an occupied seat. SuperSac’s 46-inch fluffed height also changes under a person. Use the published figures to understand form, not predict precise posture.
Keep the finish attached to the price
The Jaxx snapshot is for Dark Gray Microsuede on an observed offer. The Lovesac snapshot is for Charcoal Wombat Phur and insert. They represent different upholstery purchases.
Both still need room around them
Jaxx’s flat width is larger than SuperSac’s stated width. A lower visual profile does not automatically save floor space.
What we have not established
We have not compared these products in a controlled sitting, washing or long-term wear test. The model descriptions support conclusions about the purchase, format and published care, but not a universal winner for comfort or quality.
Jaxx Cocoon 6: The observed Dark Gray price was discounted. Other fabrics can cost more. Upright dimensions change with positioning.
Lovesac SuperSac: The price is for the named insert-and-cover combination, not a cover alone. Dimensions are approximate maker specifications.
A few useful answers.
Does Jaxx Cocoon need less room than a SuperSac?
Not in the flat dimensions compared here. Jaxx lists a 72-by-72-inch flat footprint, while SuperSac is about 60 inches wide.
